What do I need to rent a car?

Person (Slovak resident): ID, driving license valid minimum 2 years, passport or birth certificate, credit or debit card

Person (foreigner): Passport, driving license, credit card

Company: Company's invoicing data (address, tax numbers, etc.), driving license of driver, car can be rented by company administrator, or by commissioner based on mandate, or order sheet.

What are the payment conditions?

If paying in cash the client will pay an agreed amount of rent + deposit for car. Deposit will be fully refunded after returning undamaged car with full tank. Amount of deposit depends on type of car.

If paying by credit card, rent and deposit will be blocked on renters account. After returning undamaged car with full tank, payment will be taken and deposit will be released.

What is the total price of rent?

After filling out the form total price will be shown at its end, excluding VAT. Car will be picked up and returned with full tank.

Which credit cards do you except?

Can I pay by credit card at the agreed place of car pick up?

Yes. After agreement you can pay by credit card anywhere in SR.

Where can I pick up a car and how?

For no fee at company residence. At airports Kosice, Bratislava, Poprad, or anywhere in EU. At handover at airport we will wait for with your name or company name sign even if flight is delayed.

Where can I travel with car?

You can travel anywhere in EU.

What to do in case of accident or brake down?

In case of accident or brake down call the contact number, in case of accident immediately call police.

Are the cars insured and what is the participation fee in case of accident?

Cars have full insurance coverage for whole EU.

At the accident which is caused by you, you will pay 5 000 Sk (165,97 €) / if not agreed otherwise in lease / or if damage is grater than 100 000 Sk (3319,39 €), 5 % of damage. You do not pay any fees if accident is not caused by you, but culprit has to be known and police has to be called to the place of accident.

Is it possible to have full insurance coverage without participation fee?

Yes it is possible for fee of 10 % from total cost excluded.
