Zmluvné strany konštatujú, že vozidlo je vybavené povinnou výbavou a jeho technický stav zodpovedá predpisom. Nájomca prevzal osvedčenie o evidencii vozidla, potvrdenie o poistení zodpovednosti, medzinárodnú automobilovú poisťovaciu kartu . Nájomca súhlasí s podmienkami užívania uvedenými na zadnej strane zmluvy a spracovaním osobných údajou. Technical state and equipment – gasoline 100% (95 octane min., unleaded).
The contracting parties declare that car contains the obligatory equipment and its technical condition corresponds with the respective degree. The renter received the registration book and the check proving payment of the legal insurance fee, international insurance card. The renter agrees with conditions of use stated on the reverse side of this lend – lease agreement.

Predmet nájmu/Subject of hire:
Prenajímateľ❜ ako vlastník prenecháva touto zmluvou nájomcovi k dočasnému užívaniu osobný automobil podľa údajov v zázname o odovzdaní vozidla na prednej strane zmluvy.
On the bases of this agreement, the lessor as the owner lends a motor vehicle for temporary use to the renter according to the data in the handing–over record on the back side of this form.)
Podmienky užívania/Conditions of use:
6.1. V prípade, že sa nájomca dostane do omeškania s platbou nájomného a prípadnou náhradou škôd spôsobených na
vozidle, je povinný zaplatiť‘ poplatok z omeškania vo výške 0,5 % dlžnej sumy za každý deň omeškania.
In case that renter is delayed in paying hire rate or eventual compensations for damages caused on the car, he will be charged overdue payment amounting to 0,5% of the amount outstanding for every delayed day.
6.2. Nájomca nie je oprávnený dať predmet nájmu do ďalšieho podnájmu.

The renter is not authorized to rent the car to a other party.
Povinnosti nájomcu/Duties of the renter:
7.1. Vozidlo používať predpísaným spôsobom, vykonávať bežnú kontrolu a údržbu. Opravy a úpravy na vozidle vykonávať
len so súhlasom prenajímatel❜a.
To use the car in due way, to carry out usual control and maintenance. Repairs and adjustments on the car may be carry out with approval of the lessor only.
7.2. Umožniť prenajímateľovi 1x mesačne, resp. bezodkladne po výzve, kontrolu, údržbu alebo odstránenie vád na vozidle.
Oznámiť mu najazdenie 5.000 km.
To enable the lessor to carry out control, maintenance and possible repair of defects on the car once a month or immediately after summons. To notify lessor of having covered 5 000 km.
7.3. Oznámiť prenajímateľovi cestu s najatým vozidlom do zahraničia.
To inform lessor in advance about journey abroad by hired car.
7.4. Bezodkladne informovať prenajímateľa o poistnej udalosti na horeuvedenom telefóne.
To immediately inform lessor about an insurance accident using above given telephone number.
7.5. Pri opustení zabezpečiť vozidlo alarmom a zámkou prevodovky – v opačnom prípade zodpovedať za škodu. Pri krádeži
vozidla uhradiť zmluvnú pokutu 500,– €.
To lock transmission, car and turn on alarm – in other case renter is responsible for losses. In case of stolen car renter will pay fine of 500,– €.
7.6. Zodpovedať za škody spôsobené odcudzením, zničením alebo poškodením vozidla. Uhradiť ich prenajímateľovi vo výške,
ktorú neuhradí poisťovňa (spoluúčasť 10% zo škody, minimálne 300,– €, v prípade krátenia plnenia pre porušenie
predpisov a pod.).
To account for losses caused by theft, destruction or damage of the car. To remit this losses to the lessor at the extent which will not be refunded by insurance company (guilt of the driver, complicity fee 10% of losses, minimum 300,– € .
7.7. Vrátiť vozidlo po skončení nájmu v stave v akom ho prevzal, s prihliadnutím na obvyklé opotrebenie a s doplneným
spotrebovaným benzínom.
To return the car after hire in the state in which it had been taken over by the renter, taking in to consideration usual wear by use and with full tank.
- Povinnosti prenajímatel’a/Duties of the lessor:
8.1. Odovzdať nájomcovi vozidlo v stave spôsobilom na obvyklé užívanie a v takomto stave ho na svoje náklady udržiavať.
To hand over the car to the renter in state suitable for normal use and to keep it in that state at his own expense.
8.2. Zaplatiť daň z MV, diaľničnú nálepku pre SR, povinné zmluvné a havarijné poistenie.

To pay for the car road tax, Slovakia highway stamp, third–party insurance and general accident insurance. Záverečné ujednania/Final arrangements:
9.1. Nájom sa ukončí uplynutím doby, na ktorú sa dojednal. Predĺženie doby nájmu je možné len písomnou formou –
opravou oboch exemplárov zmluvy prenajímateľom.
Hire is finished after the lapse of time for witch it had been agreed upon, only written prolongation By correction of both copies of this agreement by the lessor.
9.2. V prípade porušenia povinností nájomcu stanovených touto zmluvou alebo zákonom, je prenajímatel‘ oprávnený
vypovedať‘ zmluvu okamžite písomnou výpoved’ou.
In case of violating renter’s duties given by this agreement or by law the lessor is entitled to immediately withdraw from the agreement by handing out written cancellation.
9.3. Táto zmluva nadobúda účinnosť dňom podpisu oboch zmluvných strán a v ostatnom sa riadi ust. § 663 až 684 a 721 až
723 Občianskeho zákonníka. Prípadné spory budú riešené predovšetkým dohodou a zmierom, inak ktorákoľvek zo zmluvných strán má právo domáhať‘ sa svojich práv na súde. Pre spory vzniknuté z tejto zmluvy je príslušný súd v sídle prenajímateľ❜a.
This agreement gains validity on the date when signed by both contracting parties and complies with. The provisions of § 663 – 684 and 721-723 of the Civil Code. Possible controversy will be settled mainly by agreement and appeasement, otherwise each of the contracting parties has the right to claim his/her rights at court. The contracting parties have agreed upon that the locally authorized court should be the one nearest to the domicile of the lessor.
9.4. Nájomca prehlasuje, že sú mu známe zásady pre riadenie a údržbu vozidla stanovené výrobcom a všeobecnou právnou
úpravou.
The renter confirms to know the principles of driving the car and car maintenance determined by the producer and the general legal arrangement.
